Usually, an Energy treatment will take about 30 minutes to an hour. The client remains fully clothed and comfortable. Normally there will be a deep sense of relaxation, and at times there may be a sensation of the energy working in the body. Receivers of Energy work often experience deep relaxation, alleviation of stress and physical pain, increased optimism, as well as sensations of heat or warmth, tingling or re-vitalization, during or after a session. Each person’s experience is unique.
